|Recommended: YesNice place to live but . . . — The rent is economical and the staff is really good, even rather nice. I've lived in places where the staff was rather rude and even stupid. Need better access in and out and we could use a bit more parking. The grounds seem to be well kept and rather quiet. I haven't had to worry or complain about my neighbors. Most everyone is nice. It is much more diverse, ethnically, than Vancouver, Wa. where I was living and I find that a nice change. It seems rather crime-free here too.
I work late so parking is kind of crummy when I get here but I've always had that problem in every apartment complex.
I wish the work-out gym was open 24 7....

|Recommended: YesExcellent staff, quality property, great pricing — Staff The staff is very helpful, and very kind. They make the attempt to remember your name and what apartment you are in. Any issue I bring to them is dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner.
Parking Parking can be tight and annoying, I have only seen a tow truck on the property once since living in these apartments, and it was needed much more than that. The parking is fine if only people who live here park here but often there are untagged cars chilling on the lots for days with no repercussions they do not give out passes With our past two managers the parking policy has gone unenforced, perhaps Juliya will strike a better balance than the last two managers.
Neighbors My biggest issue with the property is not the property but the string of unreasonably loud neighbors, I have had four tenets move in and out below me and I don't know what it is about screaming children or loud music but all of them had one or the other. Don't get me wrong, anytime before 10pm I don't care, but under my room, when I am trying to sleep and I will knock on your door.
TL DR- Staff is top notch, fight for your right to park, and you will need to have some confidence when dealing with loud neighbors. Love my apartment, and so do my friends.
|Recommended: YesQuiet and spacious — I've lived here about a year and a half in one of the one-bedroom units. This is probably the nicest place I've rented on my own and I'd recommend the complex to any of my friends even though it's not as fancy a neighborhood as some other parts of Tacoma.
- Parking usually available unless you get home in the middle of the night, and even then you'll still find a spot in the complex--just maybe not close to your apartment. Spots are tight but doable.
- Noise My top-floor unit is very quiet. Some loud music from neighbors on the weekend but only during the day.
- Grounds Well-manicured and clean.
- Construction Good, spacious layouts. Finishes a little underwhelming laminate countertops, cheap carpet but anything that's broken has been promptly replaced or fixed.
- Maintenance Trash compactor and recycling are taken care of on time usually.
- Staff Friendly, helpful, courteous. Open on weekends a big plus.
- Overall Great complex, would recommend to friends.
