|Recommended: YesAffordable and Comfortable — Fairly accessible parking and positioned in a great location near I5 and the mall. Landscaping and upkeep is phenomenally great. Good prices for a affordable apartments. Some of the interior appliances are a little dated but if a problem arises the management are quick to send personnel to fix any issues. Neighbors are usually quiet and keep to them selves. Pet friendly is a plus.

|Recommended: YesEast west — This is the perfect location for me. Close to everything I need. Julia in the main office was very helpful with my transition from NJ. Everyone in the office has been very helpful.

|Recommended: YesIt's a gem in Tacoma — I was surprised to see a nice apartment in Tacoma and it is pretty affordable. I love that my apartment has windows on every side but one so it's nice and bright even on a cloudy day.

|Recommended: YesRecommend — I definitely recommend this apartment complex. I've never had an issue with the staff and I've lived here for the past 4 years. At times the noise from neighbors could be a bit much, but other than that it's good. The dumpsters can become overflowed, but unfortunately, that's something that needs to be fixed over time.
Celeste, we are so pleased to have you as a Resident of WestMall Terrace apartments. I am thrilled to tell you that we are indeed working on the dumpster issues!!! With two on the property, the one nearest our exit gate seems to be the favorite. We hope to have a solution for this in the near future. Thank you for the feedback, as we enjoy hearing from our Residents!!
|Recommended: YesGood apartment community — nice apartments with good privacy not a lot of noice security is good but can improve access gate parking is not the best and should be monitored for people without parking permits.
Thank you Luis for your comments and suggestions. We have in fact implemented phase one of a parking plan and that has seem to help. Phase two will begin shortly and with our Residents assistance we assure that vehicles on the property after hours will be permitted Residents.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love living here, it's my first apartment experience but I still know what it takes and what it doesn't take in order to feel safe and comfortable within my home. The office is always helpful with any questions and I've only had to call maintenance 1 time for some minor issues and they arrived within 24 hours. The noise isn't an issue, everyone is relatively quiet at all times whether it's quiet time or not.
|Recommended: YesAffordable renting in a ideal location. — The amenities are fantastic. Rent is a reasonable price. Maintenance is fairly quick. Normally pretty quiet and grounds are well kept.
