|Recommended: YesGreat place if you don't work normal hours — It is a very nice place to live, though there are some downsides. If you need to workout before 0800 or after 2200, you are out of luck. Parking is a beast for those who work normal hours and rush back to try and find a spot. JBLM aircraft will occasionally make low passes overhead. Now as to the good things, the maintenance department does a great job of keeping the place clean and well maintained. There is plenty of room outside if you want to relax outside and enjoy the great views. It is really close to Tacoma Mall if you like shopping or people watching. The front office is great and very professional. Overall a great place.

|Recommended: YesNot bad to live here — These apartments are not bad. The staff is always helpful. The parking is very limited and the only reason I have seen that there is not enough parking is when tenants don't listen and allow non-residents to park inside the community over night. If they actually listened then they would not have the problem. Trash builds up quickly at the dumpsters but then again that is also because some tenants do not know how to properly discard their garbage. It is quiet in the apartments for the most part. There is no pet rent. Overall, I think it is a good place to stay.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment with great lots of amenities — I moved into my apartment here a little over a year ago and I'm so happy with my decision to move into West Mall Terrace. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the office staff is always helpful and friendly. I've only had one maintenance problem since I moved in and it was taken care of right away. The amenities here are great - the pool and the playground keep my kids plenty busy and I don't even have to leave the property after work to work out. My apartment is updated, spacious and it gets a lot of natural lighting. I also have a washer and dryer in my apartment - a huge plus when you have kids. Thank you to the staff for making my apartment feel like home
