|Recommended: YesPretty good except parking availability — This place is quiet and garbage area is always being well taken care At some other apartments, garbage was all over in the complex . I have not asked for maintenance, which means facilities are basically well taken care. Therefore, I do not need to call for maintenance, so I do not know whether they are fixing timely manner or not they must be good . Sometimes I got bothered by noise before 8am and after 10pm , but it is only occasionally so over all, it is fine. The big issue is parking. I have talked with a manager, though people who come home late should have a spot. After 8 or 9pm, the parking is usually full. Then many people end up parking along the side walk. I have checked all those cars and found they had a permission in their cars. This means managers provided a parking permission more than it should be. I got penalty by parking on the road and I heard it is not only me. If so, punishing us is not a resolution. The problem is NOT limiting parking permissions. The system needs to be modified. I was told one of the reasons was garbage car cannot go through the area. I do understand it, but it is not residents' attribution. We are the one dealing with inconvenience. If the system was organized, we would not park at weird places.
|Recommended: YesAffordable and convenient to buses. — Can't hear neighbors though walls, only from tenants above. Staff are nice and they fix issues promptly.
|Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live. Close to everything but quiet enough to feel like your out of the city. — I have only lived here for 3 months and its been great so far. The only down fall is that parking can be hard at times. If each unit was assigned a spot it might make parking better.
|Recommended: YesGorgeous and Comfortable Beyond Compare — This isn't just an apartment complex, this is a community that truly is a step above The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The neighbors are always very kind and approachable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to move into an area that are in search of something more than just another apartment.
|Recommended: YesGreat location at an afforable price — Westmall Terrace is in a great location at an affordable price. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always helpful and timely in their response. The grounds and apartments are well-kept. Parking can be a bit tight at times, but that is pretty common with apartment living regardless of which complex you choose. I have lived here over a year and have yet to have a negative experience thus far

|Recommended: NoThe property is nice, but there are minor inconveniences. — I would tell them that they may start at a fair rate, but after some months the rates for the same unit continues to go up exponentially. I would tell them that it would be fine if rates were to rise and fall, but they only continue to rise. Although the staff is professional, the common courtesy to point out that the rate for one unit will continue to rise was not at all mentioned. The grounds are kept clean, the neighbors seem to generally stay to themselves, therefore it is usually quiet. It seems as if the longer you stay the higher your rates are, so there seems to be little incentive to continue your residence, unless the incentive is to find another place, as in mortgage a home. The only incentive I am aware of is referring a friend. The trash area is nicely kept, maintenance is professional, and prompt. The cable company availability, and wifi are exceptional. There are not any complaints of theft. I think the only issue I have is the transparency of unit rates in the foreseeable future. Parking availability becomes difficult after a certain time, meaning if night shifts are scheduled in a persons occupation, then it may be difficult to find a space to park near your unit upon return.

|Recommended: YesCozy and tucked away yet near everything — It's nice, though your under the military's flight path it's warm cozy and right in budgit, it is an older development so I would speculate and pay attention to the details of how your place looks.

|Recommended: YesI love living here — It is mostly quiet. Parking can be a little crazy but we seem to all work together and get through it. All the staff are amazing and work hard to make sure any issues are addressed. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other without being intrusive. Unless I but a house I don't want to live anywhere else
