|Recommended: YesI love It here. — I lived here for over a year and loved It. I moved out and rented a room from a friend in hopes to save money to buy a house, but It didn’t work out so I moved back into these apartments. I lived in a studio up the hill the first time, never really had any issues other than the parking. Now I live in a 1 bedroom down the hill, there is plenty of parking. The property staff are amazing They are so sweet and always on top of everything. The maintenance staff is the same, very nice and any problems I’ve had they fix right away.
I would say the only issue is residents not always picking up after their dogs, but other than that I love living here. It’s peaceful and safe with it being gated.

|Recommended: YesI enjoyed living here. — I really enjoyed living here. The staff was pretty accommodating to my graveyard work schedule and would try to help plan things around my sleep. The pool was nice, maintenance guy always gave me a smile and a wave when I passed him. The neighbors were friendly. They gave us all new appliances.
All in all this place was great Only reason why I am leaving it is because I need to move into someplace cheaper so I can save up to buy a house.

|Recommended: YesNew year, new apartment — I recently moved into the community. It's great Prime location next to the mall, great restaurants, and other retail stores. Easy access to the highway as well. It is a gated community which is really nice. I'm also enjoying the gym, it has everything I need to reach my goals for 2020 I had a lot of questions regarding my application and the ladies in the front office were very helpful. Sashel is a great community manager

Unfortunately things do happen on this property that is beyond our control. A drunk driver hit our gate and we are doing our best to get it replaced. These things do take some time as it's not a repair but a replacement. We do appreciate your continued residency.
