I contacted other Dobler Management properties and by far they were the friendliest and had the best customer service. The studio I’m renting had fresh paint, new flooring, and like new appliances prior to moving in Thanks again for making this big move less stressful.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Hospitality, a couple quirks that need work — It's a great place to stay, friendly and understanding staff, friendly community that keeps to their own most of the time, and very much like you walk into home without having to worry about others. My first few weeks of moving were a little rocky, a few things on the list of the initial inspection that you need to keep an eye on. Be sure to peer at every book and cranny and test everything.
Maintenence staff is eh, a couple run inns with them weren't the greatest experiences, but that's no bother if you know what you're doing.
Price is fairly reasonable for the proximity to the mall. But that's also a perk, you're down the street from everything and it's pretty awesome.
Overall, living here isn't a terrible experience. Great working with the staff to get me moved in, they made the process so easy and made it like they actually wanted me here rather than just another money sign walking in the door.
Shout out to Sashel who helped me through the whole process and made sure I did everything to get in.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — When we were looking for a new place to live we had a few things we were looking for in our new place, it had to be close to were we all worked, it had to be affordable, it had to accept pets i have a cat and it had to have a washer dryer in unit. Westmall Terrace was the first place we checked and i am glad we did. I absolutely love it here. Its peaceful and quite and the the fact that it is a gated community gives me an added sense of security. Management is friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live.

|Recommended: YesPerfect Place for apartments in Tacoma — If someone were interested in living at Westmall Terrace Apartments, I would tell them how clean it is kept, I always am able to find parking close by, the gates keep it very secure and safe, so far I am enjoying this community

|Recommended: YesMy favorite apartments — I moved In in March 2020 and it is now the end of July. These are by far my favorite apartments I’ve lived in, the staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. The community is a little oasis from the city. The only thing I would fix is getting all the gates functioning as they do break down a lot
