|Recommended: Yeshave lived here for over 3 years now. I have experienced nothing but kindness and friendliness from the office staff members, the grounds person, and maintenance staff. The office staff is always quick about answering my questions and they never make me feel as if I am bothering them. The maintenance staff is super fast on getting all and any repair work done. Let's talk about the grounds ..beautifully managed. I want to say that the garbage area is as maintained as it can be. We do have some situations where the trash compactors are empty and people still tend to just put their trash on the ground I do not understand that and I do not hold the team responsible for others actions. We have always lived the apartment life because my husband used to be a maintenance person. So when I say this I mean it..this is the best place we have lived, it feels like home. It is quiet and people respect each other.

|Recommended: YesGate Entry — Code pad for the front gate was to narrow. A lot of vehicles been getting scratched because of it. Hoping for a great resolution for this.

|Recommended: YesPretty good place to live — All in all, I really enjoy this apartment complex It has the illusion of safety with gates, but it’s so easy for people to tailgate into the property that the gates sometimes seem pointless. Additionally, the front office staff don’t seem to care that residents don’t care for the property very well. For instance, the dog park is constantly covered in excrement from owners who don’t pick up after their dogs, and people leave their trash near the dumpster but not in the dumpsters. Both look and smell awful, and I’m sure the coming summer is only going to make it worse. But the staff is kind and attentive when it comes to helping you remember the code to get your mail or getting replacement parking passes. The balcony is incredible to have at all times of the year. And when the pool is open, it’s a great place to hang out

|Recommended: YesNice and Cozy Place To Stay — I have not had any issues thus far, my wife and I love our one bedroom. It is a nice and quiet community with a very considerate property management team. People who have issues with the staff tend to treat others with disrespect.

|Recommended: YesMy living — I really live everything except parking is terrible. You have to make it home by 530 or 6 to get it. I dont get home until 8.. lol..Outside of that staff responses quickly. I really love my apartment.
